Bordeaux Lane

The house is in an amazing, safe, chill neighborhood within the Grapevine-Colleyville School District with Colleyville only a stones throw away. Behind the house is a cul-de-sac so the backyard is very private with a patio for grilling etc. Open concept kitchen & a lot of space in the common areas to spread out! The rooms themselves are a nice size with good sized closets high ceilings & secluded away from the rest of the house.

I live in the house alone. I’m a full time musician so I am home often but typically gone during the weekends. I typically stay pretty quiet unless I am rehearsing for upcoming performances or writing music which is never later than 9PM.
