Hi I’m Mallory, I’m 33. It’s me and my two kids here, and my coworker/friend Brandon. I live here full time, my kids are here Sunday night through Friday afternoon. The only stipulation really for this room is no indoor smoking (outdoors totally fine) and just keep it down after 9:00pm during the week as that is my kids bed time. They are not here Friday and Saturday nights, so as long as there’s nothing getting destroyed, you can do what you want those nights. I’m pretty chill and laid back, I am a beertender and artist. Brandon is also a beertender. I just bought the house in 2020, so I am doing upgrades around the place when I have the time and money. Right now I’m upgrading the stairs that lead up to me and the kids space, and painting the exterior. The house is in a pretty central location. About two miles to downtown Norfolk, and about two miles the other direction to Ghent. It’s also close to a freeway onramp for access to VB, Chesapeake, etc. As long as you’re responsible enough to pay rent on time, and feed yourself and handle your business, we should all get along great.
