Hi EVERYONE! We’re looking for a female roommate to replace my lease from April or May 2021 to October 2021 (and a renewal is an option) IN THE HEART OF Laguna Beach (DOWNTOWN)! It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with AN OCEAN VIEW. Amazing neighbors. All like minded, super chill, easy going, and community-like. LEASE STARTING APRIL OR MAY(whichever you’d prefer) UNTIL OCTOBER (when the lease can be renewed for another year). The entire apartment has been remodeled (bathroom and kitchen included) so all utilities are close to brand new. The room for rent has an ocean view, it’s a perfect size for 1 person, a TON of closet/storage space and still has the beauty of PRIVACY AND QUIETNESS. (there is a screen over the bottom half of the window so people cannot see inside, and curtains are included. The windows also are suctioned shut so you barely hear PCH when closing the windows.

LOTS OF NATURAL LIGHT! The entire apartment gets fresh air so it stays cool all year round, and it also has a heater for the colder seasons. Laundry on-site. UTILTIES INCLUDED! PARKING ON SITE! You will literally never have an issue with parking.

Ok, about the roommate! She’s in her early 30s, SUPER FRIENDLY (we’re seriously talking the coolest girl- she’s now one of my best friends), works full time, doesn’t smoke or do drugs, VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, likes to go out on the weekends or on some week nights for wine night or just dinner with friends, has a really cute small dog that is an ESA dog (but no more dogs are allowed… up for negotiation). She is clean, organized, easy-going, straight forward, healthy, and well-cultured. Hikers and gym-goers are a plus!
