Looking for 1 roommate to move into single room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for $850/month. You will be taking over a month to month lease and will have to pay a security deposit of $1600. Even though the lease is month to month, we are hoping you will be staying at least till the end of the year. You will have to submit a credit check and financial info to the landlord for final approval. Utilities are split evenly, usually about $80 total per month depending on water and electricity bills, and trash is every 3 months. Room is about 120 square feet, plenty of room for queen bed, dresser, & desk. Full size closet. Will be unfurnished. You will share a full bathroom with Jordin. Apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (no elevator, stairs only), gated entrance at ground level with a buzzer. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Washer and dryer are located in the garage (no coins necessary). Dishwasher, stove, and oven in unit. Landlord lives in South San Francisco and we pay her via direct deposit by the 1st. We are looking for a mid 20s-30s self-identifying female, or trans/non-binary people welcome! Preferably you are clean, tidy, a great communicator, Covid conscious, and respectful of boundaries. 420 and queer friendly plz. Other perks: Skylights and tons of natural light in living spaces, fire escape and roof access. Walkable to Alemany Farmers market on Saturdays and John McLaren park which is HUGE and has beautiful trails. Grocery Outlet and several other grocery stores within a few blocks in addition to restaurants on San Bruno. Closest bus routes are the 44, 8, and 9. Very easy to get downtown or to Glen Park BART

About us: We are Sally and Jordin both mid 20s, female, white. Sally (she/her) works for Airbnb and is staying in the East Bay for the time being. Jordin (she/her) works in a creative studio 3 days a week and the rest of the week she’s working on her art biz from home. Current conditions: Sally is staying with her parents for the time being so you will only be living with one other person for possibly the next couple of months. Kitchen and living room are fully furnished, but we are open to discussing any furniture you want to bring.
