This is a cozy room in a lovely, large apartment with a back patio, working fireplace, hardwood floor, and large exposed brick wall. The room has built in shelf space, a window/optional window AC unit, ample closet space, and a bookshelf (if wanted). The building is just a block away from Central Park, and has an in-building washer and dryer.

We are two women and one man in our mid twenties-early thirties who are all covid-safe, friendly, and sociable. We each work in a different field (business, art, and science), and have a nice balance of personalities. The perfect blend of responsible and easy going (if we do say so ourselves). We’re all looking forward to bringing a new roommate into the home!
