i currently live in Burbank in a 3 bedroom apartment called Parcpointe Apartments with 2 female roommates. it’s a pretty much a luxury type apartment community. one of my roommates is leaving permanently either on Nov 1 or Nov 15 to work abroad. So the unfurnished bedroom in the Burbank apartment is available until at least until January or February. i rent that bedroom out for $700, the bathroom in the hallway is shared by myself and that roommate.

the other roommate is a female who lives in the bedroom across the hall from you, she has her own bathroom my bedroom is next to the livingroom

this situation may be temporary, BECAUSE - in January or February, the other female roommate has a plan to live in Paris, France. and at the same time, i have applied for apartments to live in the Chinatown area of Los Angeles. it’s my desire to live close to Union Station and take advantage of mass transit system.

if I cannot find the right apartment to move near Chinatown in January or February, i will continue to live in the Burbank apartment, finding new roommates.
