Saturn Street

My roommate is moving out on November 3rd so need someone to start on that date, prefer long term but month to month is ok. The room is built from the living room but very spacious. Comes with couch and shared bath. Utillies run about $60 a month which include internet, gas, and electricity. A security deposit required of $895. I also have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime hooked up. Bed is available for $100 if needed. I also have a washer only, I use a drying rack to dry my clothes. The place is located near Pico and Fairfax. Looking for responsible working individual, I can’t have a third person so sorry no couples. No parking but street parking is always available.
