About the room
The apartment is a beautiful luxury complex with very helpful maintenance staff when needed. There is a two-story gym and two pools (with two hot tubs). The apartment itself is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1200sqft with a large balcony and laundry in unit. It’s located in Spring Valley with grocery stores and restaurants very close.
Rent is $590 plus utilities (water/trash/sewage are added to rent, electric varies per season, internet is $45 per person per month).

About the roomies
I’m 32 years old. I enjoy playing video games/streaming, running a tabletop campaign, yoga, cooking, writing, and reading, and I work full time in the evenings, so I’m more of a night owl. Pretty introverted (INTJ and a cancer if you’re into those types of labels). I don’t smoke or do any drugs, and I drink pretty infrequently. I’m LGBT and therefore need to live with someone who is cool with that!
The other roommates are my 15 year old tortoiseshell cat and my 3 year old blue tongue skink. They don’t pay rent, but they’re fantastic company. They’re not really cool with sharing the space with any other pets, though. Sorry about that.
