We are located just near the 495 outer and inner loop off of Braddock Road ( Springfield ). We have a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house. 1 room is available with a shared bathroom. *Fyi, It’s an old home but serves its purpose. There’s a spacious backyard (fenced in) with a small patio and a firepit. Furthermore, there is a driveway which fits 2 vehicles and street parking in front of the house. We have a full kitchen that used by all roomates and have a spacious living area.

4 male roomies. I help at a tree removal company in the DMV area. The other 3 roommates are working professionals (marketing, customer service, and electrical).
