Nikki's room

5 bedroom, 2 bathroom split level house near Hays park with spacious upstairs living room. Fenced backyard with a deck. All new flooring and paint within the last 3 years.

One of the downstairs rooms will be available. Utilities and Internet are included. This room would share the downstairs bathroom with one male housemate. The lease will be for a year, but with very minimal penalties to break early.

Upstairs: There are two male roommates that have the two upper bedrooms. Both work full time and are fairly quiet. One has two ferrets (kept in room and are rarely seen, heard, or smelled) and likes to game some evenings.

Downstairs: There is one male roommate and one female roommate that have the other two bedrooms downstairs. One roommate has a cat. Both have expressed interest in keeping the shared bathroom very clean. My female roommate will be moving out mid-April and I likely won’t fill her room. So it could be available for an office or second room if someone is looking for two rooms.

We have a roommates agreement that includes shared cleaning and maintenance tasks. Upon moving in, the roommates would get together to make any updates and sign a new version.

Because there is alcohol in the house, anyone under 21 won’t be a good fit.
