A beautiful two story home located in Pine Mill Ranch, Katy TX (a few mins walking distance from Pine Mill Ranch Pool)with outstanding schools and great neighborhood, convenient to shops, Katy Mill Mall, I-10 and westpark toll. Walking/biking trails right behind the backyard, parks and lakes in walking distance. One private bedroom and vanity with a shared bathroom for $700. All utilities and Wifi included, furnished rooms with basic furniture provided. There are common areas to share including but not limited to laundry room, kitchen, dinning room, a refrigerator designated for roommates…no pets or pet allergies (we do have small dog), no smokers (outside of premises only), no alcoholics or drug users, no prior eviction. We’re looking for clean, organized, responsible, friendly, respectful professionals or college students. Lease application form and lease agreement will be provided. Lease is Month-To-Month which’ll be auto-renewed unless proper written notice of termination is given ahead from landlord/tenants.
