Shirley's room

Unfurnished room with own bathroom (shower) in a house on 3.5 acres in Auburn. Split level house with three bedrooms and two full baths, built in 2010, upgrades where made and purchased it in 2019. CLEAN and spacious. Open kitchen with two sets of stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom is located at the back of the house with view of the property. Plenty of parking and outdoor property with no direct neighbors next to us. Deck, detached garage and cleared area for bonfires and dirt bike riding. House is located in Auburn off of 49.

Living in the house is my husband and I and his 10 yr old son who visits only every other weekend. We have one cat who typically spends her time in our bedroom. We both work M-F, 7:00 - 3:30 (husband) 8:30 - 5:00 (myself). 99.9% of the time my husband spends his time while at home outside or in the garage. Husband smokes but no smoking allowed in the house. Must be clean and neat.
