Although valet trash service is not provided, there is a trash compactor located at the front of the complex so you can get rid of trash at your convenience. The grounds are always well maintained with lawncare services coming multiple times a week. The neighborhood is very quiet, but also extremely close to famous Downtown Savannah. The drive is only about 15 minutes.

The lease is up at the end of November 2021, but I can almost guarantee that you will want to renew and stay as long as you can.
