Shane's room

The property is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom 2 story townhome. The appliances are up to date stainless steel and amazing furniture (at least my friends tell me, and I refuse to believe they are that nice to lie). There are hardwood floors in common areas and carpeted bedrooms. Also includes a spacious patio with firepit and grill that backs up to a tree line with a creek. I’m close to Publix on Pelham Rd. near East North Street and located near quite a few great restaurants. Downtown is about 5 mins away and it has easy access to 385 and 85. Also, easy to hop to all of the small towns around Greenville to explore the area.

There are two guys here. I am the owner and am a 29 years old. I work in event operations for a university and stay pretty active. The other is in his late 30s and works at a library.

We both are super chill. We do tend to hangout a good bit in the living room watching shows and movies, while having some cocktails or other beverages. Weekly pizza nights tend to happen pretty frequently.
