Great safe, quiet neighborhood, walking distance from both the L and G subway lines. Blocks away from park, laundromat, supermarket, deli, and walking distance to great bars and restaurants throughout Greenpoint and Williamsburg.
Gas and Water included, Verizon Fios high speed internet, great landlord.
We are an easy going, clean couple in our late 20s. Him, born and raised in NYC, Her from Argentina and has been living in NYC for 3 years. We love to cook (welcome to join us for dinner!), watch movies, eating out (We’re cheap eats hunters). We’re not party people but enjoy hanging out, drinking beer and bourbon and shopping for records. Looking for a friendly, responsible, tidy person to sign a one year lease. We have lived here for 2 years and we love it!
