Hello! I am hoping to sign a lease at One Chestnut Place, Quincy. Looking at the two-bedroom and two-bathroom. Included in rent is water, heat (gas), trash/recycling, one free parking spot in the lower garage (you may have this). The only thing we pay for is electric and Wi-Fi. The current listing price is $1100 per person. They are having $500 dollars off the first month’s rent, second-month rent is free, and a security deposit of $225. Animals there is a 25 lbs. limit and have to pay $50 per month.
Would like to move in between 4/1 - 6/1. LBGTQIA+ friendly.
