27 yo female in search of female roommate for move in. My old roommates are leaving soon, one is leaving march 18, and the other not too long after. I need to be active in my search as they’re leaving.

Rent (due 1st of each month) includes utilities, and already furnished room and bathroom. The home is spacious enough for privacy, as well as a spacious yard for relaxing or to let pets roam! You’ll have to share a bathroom if you dont mind, but you’ll have your own furnished, and private room. Driveway and street parking are available.

You’re welcome to stay short term, or long term, depending on your needs. I’m flexible, and have no issues with either.

Please be clean, respectful, responsible, reliable, and courteous/cordial. All smoking MUST be outside. Pets are always welcome, as long as they’re disciplined and non destructive.

A background check, and A reference of some sort are greatly appreciated and preferred, but not a deal breaker.
