Sean's room

2 story house, right next to the Plano/Allen border (house in Allen, but once I leave the neighborhood, I’m in Plano). Three bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. There’s a living room upstairs with a 65“ LG tv that’s good for watching tv/movies and playing video games.

The bedrooms have Kwikset locks. The upstairs HVAC is zoned so the temperature can be set for each room.

For cleaning, there’s a robot vacuum for each floor, which keeps the floors well cleaned. In the backyard there’s a Traeger grill if anyone’s interested in grilling.

The room has a queen mattress, a standing desk, and a chair.

I’m a software developer, my wife just got here from Japan last year. Upstairs we have Matthew who is moving out in January and Sean.
