I am offering a private bedroom, and high speed internet, in a 2-bedroom apartment that is on the top floor of my building. Laundry facilities are downstairs, and very close to our unit. This is a quiet building located near San Antonio Road and Middlefield, and close to the San Antonio Shopinig Center. The following stores are in our immediate neighborhood:

1. Trader Joes,
2. Safeway,
3. Walmart,
4. Sprouts Market,
5. Spanish Supermarket,
6. Kohl’s Dept store.

You will be required to pay a fully refundable security deposit of $1100, and sign a month-to-month lease agreement. Additionally you will have a one time expense of approximately ($50 lock smith charge).
Engineers are strongly preferred. This opportunity is only available to people who have no history of tobacco, marijuana or other substance abuse, go out of their way to not wake up other roommates or people in the building, and have no ongoing criminal history. Building management will run a criminal background check, credit check, landlord check, and employment check. It isn’t a fast process. This opportunity is not appropriate for someone who works nights, but very suitable for someone that usually likes to go to bed by 9 pm.

You will be sharing the place with just myself. I work in tech, and do project management. I keep conventional hours, get to bed early, and try to keep a healthy lifestyle. These days I do some work from home, but also visit out of town job sites for extended periods. I’m pretty busy, and run a pretty tight schedule so I don’t always interact a lot, and often gone out-of-town for months at a time while on assignment. I am not offended if you want to have your significant other visit, or stay overnight, but this is with the understanding that you will accept all responsibility for your guest.
Also, I do have an interest in moving to a quiet street in the Bernardo area between Fremont, and El Camino Real in north Sunnyvale.
