Seeking one roommate to fill out a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located a few short blocks from the NW line in Astoria and only a 20 minute ride from Manhattan.. The room is $950 on a month to month agreement with the landlord with the intention to sign a 1 yr lease. This room is huge for the price. The previous occupant had a queen sized bed, a desk, a couch, a tv, and a massive dresser all in this room. It’s large enough to be a bedroom, workspace, and personal living room. It also has a small walk in closet. The room has a wall with three windows so it also gets a lot of natural light. This is an awesome space for the price.
