North H Street

I have one furnished room available for rent with a queen sized bed, and dresser. House is 3 miles and a 10 minute drive to Port Hueneme Naval Base, and 17 minute drive to Point Mugu Base! Located near downtown Oxnard. Rooms are 10 by 10, with a closet. Bathroom will be shared. Washer and dryer are located on second floor next to rooms. Feel free to use the backyard! There’s a little putt putt area in the backyard as well. Water/Sewer, internet, and electric bill are split amongst all roomies. 6 month preferred and then month to month afterwards. I don’t mind vapes, but this is a drug free household and no smoking cigars/cigarettes in the house. You can have guests over I just ask you give the other roomies a heads up notice. Full use of house. For parking y’all will utilize the street. Any questions just reach out and ask!
