Located by Paul Ream Wilderness Park, Riverside Park, North Park and the Provo River Trail. About a 14 minute drive to UVU and a 9 minute drive to BYU, GoogleMaps statistics.

No pets. Smoking outside only.

$500.00 monthly rent for private bedrooms, shared bathroom, plus utilities and deposit is the same amount as rent.
