Apartment complex area located near WinCo, called Oak View Apartments. Nice neighborhood at a close distance to local shops. Looking to rent out the room with a shared bathroom. Common areas such as kitchen and living area to be shared equally.

Looking for a responsible clean and friendly roommate. The apartment currently has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one in which will be shared with one of the roommates. Three females occupy the other two rooms. The fee for the room will be $375 monthly not including the additional bills that don’t range more than an additional $50 a month.
