Basement suite: 1 bedroom with own living room and bathroom. The basement has its own fireplace in the living room. There is a private entrance through the garage and storage space. At the moment, the basement does not have its own kitchenette only a refrigerator. You will share the kitchen and laundry on the main floor and can access the outdoor porch and sunroom(used as a home gym).

The house is located a 5 minutes drive from Marietta Square and a short walk or drive from a city farmers market and fast food options. The private neighborhood has a pool, tennis courts and is a 20-minute walk from a park. Currently, there are 3 women and two small dogs living here.

Must make 2.5 times the rent and provide proof of employment. Please be prepared to provide a background check, credit score, and references. The deposit depends on these factors. Must have first, last, and security deposit.

At the moment you will be sharing the house with 1 woman and 1 dog- small mixed breed, however you do not need to access the rest of the house.
