About under 15 minutes to downtown ,15 minutes to the domain and fast food places, restaurant ,movie theater ,grocery store H-E-B and Walmart are under 10 minutes away from the house The house is located in there beautiful Community surrounded by friendly neighbor, hiking trails , pond and quiet environment as well. This Furnished bedroom  Included ,queen wooden bed frame, memory foam mattress , office desk and Herman miller chair, bedroom amenities, parking space, high speed internet, washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, living room furniture’s, pool ,fitness center, small Storage space and have small lake behind the house as well. If you’re studying ,working remotely or looking for quiet, clean and safe environment …you will enjoy staying in my home . All utilities and furniture’s including $800 and there’s no any deposit required if you lease month by month. you’re welcome to schedule for viewing the room and the house, I’m available any days between 12pm - 7pm!
