HOUSE/LOCATION Walking distance to shops at Camelback Colonnade. On the end of a quiet street. Washer/dryer in the house.

BEDROOM Partially furnished (mattress/bed), large closet with built-in organizers, lots of natural light, ceiling fan.

BATHROOM SETUP You will have your own private bathroom next to your room for your sole use.

FINANCIALS $900 total per month, $800 rent and $100 flat amount for utilities $500 totally refundable security deposit

UTILITIES INCLUDED in the above everything… water, trash, electric, gas, internet

PETS Ideally there would be no pets, however small-medium sized dogs will be considered on a case by case basis and would need to do a meet and greet with the owners dog before signing a lease.

LEASE would be month to month starting December 5th

ABOUT THE ROOMMATE I’m 30 years old, a virtual Special Ed teacher. I enjoy traveling, going out, hanging with friends, kayaking, and venturing to the dog park regularly with my goofy small dog!

IDEAL ROOMMATE Feels like they’d fit in well with the above, is easygoing and doesn’t trash the house, intends to be around for at least six months or so and will get along with a super chill small dog. Will consider girls and guys for the right fit!
