THE HOUSE: Recently the entire first floor has been renovated (new floors, new paint, floors, rugs, cabinets, countertops, all appliances, etc.), the house (interior and exterior) has been painted; bathrooms remodeled and many other updates.

HEADS-UP: We don’t use microwave ovens!

Note I: In the event this is of importance for you, we use:

1. A Double Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System for our drinking water.
2. Recently had installed a UV Light for the duct work system.
3. Two air purifiers on the first floor.
4. Security Cameras: Exterior and Interior

6. We have an Analogue Meter as we’ve Opted Out of the Electric Company’s “Smart Meter”
