Seeking one housemate to join me and one other easygoing and considerate roommate, and an awesome, well behaved dog. Share the home with us. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Large wildflower patches. Nice neighborhood with friendly, quiet neighbors. Large back deck with grill. If you move in, this becomes your home and we share the entire house and there is plenty of room for three people. I ask that you are clean, considerate, have a stable job, and treat the home with respect. If you are a traveling professional and staying for 12 weeks or less, we can discuss a weekly or monthly fee.
Finished basement to hang out. Looking for someone who does not work remotely full time from home and who is not home 24/7.

I have acoustic and digital pianos, a uke, a bass and an acoustic guitar you are welcome to play. Vitamix blender, coffee grinder, French press or percolator for your coffee. Henckel brand chef’s knife and good cutting board if you like to cook. Reverse osmosis water filtration system for drinking. Chlorine filter in shower. Shared kitchen and shared 1.5 baths. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water for long showers. Well mannered, non-destructive, non-indoor-peeing dogs welcome. Sorry, no cats. No fenced yard. Quick walk to walking path and 5 minutes from dog run/play park, hiking, mtn biking, sledding and small ski hill that is free. Close to Lake Champlain. 5 minutes from Northwestern Medical Center; 30 minutes from UVM Medical Center; 70 miles from Montreal; 5 hours from NYC; 3.5 hours from Boston; 3.5 hours from the ocean at Hampton Beach, NH. 2 to 3 hours from Adirondack Mountains in NY. 45 minutes from Stowe Ski Resort. Must be non cigarette smoking. Personal belongings must be coming from a place that is completely smoke and bedbug free. Non drug using or alcohol abusing, mature adults only. I’m a 62 year old professional who is easy going and easy to get along with. Considerate and clean. I am active and try to stay healthy physically, mentally and spiritually. I try to take care of the environment, with responsible waste management. I use “green” cleansers, try not to buy much plastic, try to conserve energy, and ask housemates to do the same. I’m an animal and music lover, love to mountain bike, and have a cheerful disposition.
