Frank's room

Old two-bedroom townhouse on the north side of Iowa City. There is an uncovered basement and a large attic that is mostly used for storage. The bedrooms are on the second floor and are fairly large. There is very little closet space, unfortunately. New washer and dryer in the bathroom. The living room and kitchen are on the first floor and are already finished although another couch wouldn’t hurt. It’s a quiet house and neighborhood and parties aren’t allowed as part of the lease. This is a pro-LGBTQ and BLM, COVID-conscious home. Looking to find a roommate ASAP.

I’m Frank. 30 year old film grad who currently works as a bar manager. I have one cat and I’m open to having another as long as they get along. I’m into theatre, D&D, bad films, good books, and great wine. I tend to try to keep to myself but I’m more of an antisocial-extrovert. I’m a clean housemate if not disorganized. I can’t deal with slobs or super neat freaks.
