The room is in a 2B/1B condo. Although the bathroom is shared it has plenty of storage space. The condo is located 5 minutes walking distance from RSM lake and you have full access to the Beach Lagoon including multiple other pools as well as 3 community Jacuzzis.
The room is furnished with a full-size bed and dresser but the furniture can be removed if desired.
Washer and dryer in the unit and central Ac/heat. One pet will be considered with a $300 pet deposit. Security deposit is $1000. The lease is month to month. Generally very easy going and you only live with one roommate. Not 420 friendly though.
Must be able to pass background check.

You would be sharing condo with a 24 year old male who is very friendly and easygoing.
