Unfurnished Private Room and shared bathroom (with 1 person) in a newly renovated apartment unit/complex.

Hi 😉! I’m looking for someone who would take over my lease (lease will end in October). The apartment complex is located at a very nice and accessible neighborhood at Peccole Ranch. The unit that we have is newly renovated, the room is the one encircled on the posted layout picture where you can also see the size and measurements of the unit.

Also! Since you’re going to be taking over my lease, background and application/approval by the apartment management must be done which has a fee of $50 ☺️

•Your monthly rent: $500 •Utilities and apartment insurance : $54 •Wifi: $30 •Energy bill differs every month but it’s usually around $100-$140 which is evenly divided by 3.

***SO ALL IN ALL, YOU WILL BE PAYING A LITTLE OVER $600 every month ☺️ (Don’t worry I will walk you through everything 🥰).

***As per the deposit, we put in $400 deposit when we moved in so you will only cover my portion as a deposit (which is $133 upon moving in and could be transferred thru zelle) and of course your 1st month rent or it differs to when you’re moving in ☺️.

You will be living in a DRAMA FREE household 🙅🏻‍♀️😅 with two other ladies who are in their 20s and are very nice and easy to get along with and very responsible with their own business and of course with the bills, so I’m looking for someone who is also nice, honest and responsible to take over my room ☺️. When we have free time, we try to have our girls night or watch movies or make our food together, but we also respect each other’s space and kept to ourselves. I wouldn’t even think about leaving if it wasn’t for a better option for myself.
