I am renting out a room in my house. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. I am the only other resident in the home, so you would have your private room and private bathroom. I am a really clean person and don’t smoke. I occasionally have people over, not often. The place is about 10-15 minutes from downtown Dallas. It’s pretty much a straight shot down the road. There is garage parking or you can park on the street. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room is $850 a month which includes, rent, water, gas, electricity, internet and parking. I’m am also asking for a $250 security deposit that you will get back when you move out as long as everything is left the way you found it (excluding normal wear and tear).

I am clean and easy going. I split between working from home and traveling for work. Since there are times that I travel for a couple weeks at a time, I would need to feel like I could trust you to take care of the household.
