JB's room

I am renting out a room in my house. The house a three bedroom, 2 bath. I am the only other resident in the home so you would have your private room and semi private bathroom (at times guest use this bathroom, not often). I am a really clean person and don’t smoke. I occasionally have people over for movies and drinks (nothing crazy). The place is about minutes from downtown Dallas. It’s pretty much a straight shot down the road. There is street parking or you can park in the garage. The room is $ 850 a month which includes, rent, water, gas, electricity, internet and parking. I’m am also asking for a $250 security deposit that you will get back when you move out as long as everything is left the way you found it (excluding normal wear and tear)

I am clean and easy going. I split between working from home and traveling for work. Since there are times that I travel for a couple weeks at a time, I would need to feel like I could trust you to take care of the household.
