My roommate is moving out March 1st, and my 100 sq.ft. unfurnished third bedroom is available for rent. $500 per month plus half utilities, with a non-refundable $250 security deposit. Tenant will have their own half bathroom with a shared CLEAN shower. Good size closet, picturesque lake view, access to living areas, my fully stocked library, fruit and vegetable garden, and chicken farm!
The house is in a safe neighborhood, very close to the Publix corporate district, only 2 miles from downtown Lakeland, 3 miles from I-4, and 5 miles from Lakeside Village.
