The home is a 3 bed 1 bath in West Fargo. The room is on the main level. I have a dresser and nightstand if you need. There is a large yard and extra storage in the basement, street parking, and a shed. No smoking in home. There is a garden area in the backyard. We split utilities (appx 100-150). Everyone helps to the best of their ability to clean up after themself around the house. Sorry no pets.

The home is located within 3 blocks to some restaurants/bars (Junkyard, VFW, Grateful Crateful, the Noble Hare, Thunder Coffee, Sandy’s Donuts, etc).

I’m open to renting out the entire upstairs, which includes 2 bedrooms joined by a small jack-and-jill walk-in closet. The monthly rent and security deposit for that would be $850.

I am 36f and have an 8-year-old Australian Shepherd. I typically spend my time at work, training/walking my dog, caring for my home, and working out.
