1 bed apt. Lots of light nice window’s 3rd floor walk up. Walk in closet, small kitchen but workable. l use bedroom but living room is unfurnished and empty. This is the room I am renting. We would be sharing a 1 bed apt. Unfortunately the bathroom is off bedroom, also kitchen and closet are off living room, as is entrance This is why I am seeking a male roommate, to mitigate the privacy issue. As this living arrangement involves mostly cohabitation.
