I’m a 28yo male and I currently live here alone. I would be the only other person you’d be sharing the space with. I’m a recent UCR mechanical engineering graduate and currently work full time. I like exercising, eating healthy, and getting outside on the weekends and go hiking in the summer or snowboarding in the winter. I’m a clean, tidy, respectful person and mostly keep to myself.
