I live in a newly refinished apartment on east campus that is a 10 minute walk from the art building and a 10 minute walk to downtown. I have brand new washer and dryers also. No pets please because I already have a dog and a cat. The room that is open has a large window leading to a balcony and a large closet.
About the roomies
There is no one else that would be living with us because it is a 2 bedroom apartment. The people that live below me are quiet and polite.
