Say not more! “Little SF” is a trendy townhouse conveniently located off Stone Road, just minutes from Rt 66, easy access to all other major commuter routes, and a stone’s throw away from shopping, dining and entertainment. Little SF was inspired by the laid back and cozy city vibes of the West Coast. Enjoy a stylish open living space with other like-minded professionals– 4 to be exact! Newly finished, Little SF is ready to house to perfect renters!

All rooms range from $900-1150. Prices include furnishings, utilities (high speed Verizon FIOS internet, HOA, gas, electricity, trash, and water). 1 month rent required for security deposit. 12 month leases preferred. Parking is abundant, but a reserved space in front of the home is also available at a nominal monthly fee. Identity and employer verification, background and credit checks required for all.

We are looking for working professionals, whom are clean, courteous, and communicative. Since this is a shared home, considerate people are a must! We pride ourselves in creating beautiful, safe, and peaceful living environments in each of our homes. The property comes fully loaded with all the cleaning supplies, kitchenware, and appliances you will need to just pack your bags and settle in.
