I currently live in a cosy 4 bedroom house in Pflugerville and would love to have two people rent two rooms upstairs. 
 What? Private unfurnished room for rent in a brand new 2124 sq ft 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo set in a beautiful community in Pflugerville TX!

One of the rooms includes a walk-in closet while the one with a normal closet has more natural light (this should compensate :) ). 1 full bathroom upstairs. 
 How big is the room (excluding closet)? Room 1: L 12’4 x W 10’10 (extra 3’11x3’11 by the entrance) Room 2: L 11’10 x W 10’10 (extra 5’7x2’ by the entrance) 


What’s nearby? ~1.4 miles to Commercial Center with Home Depot, Walmart, Target, Restaurants like Chick-Fil-A, Whataburger, IHOP, Torchy Tacos, Chili’s Grill & Bar etc. ~1.6 miles to HEB ~1.5 miles to Typhoon Texas Waterpark. 


Area: Along E Pflugerville Pkway. 


Pros? +This is a new house and has had no previous occupants. So, everything new 🙂 +Unfurnished living common area upstairs to be furnished to the taste of the occupants upstairs. So, you don’t have to use the living room downstairs. +Brand new LG washer, dryer, fridge and gas stove to be shared by all occupants. +2 car garage and driveway parking. +Awesome backyard to chill with a cool drink in hand +Fast AT&T internet hookup +I love karaoke. So, I have speakers and microphones so we can have fun. 


Info? +Pretty calm and chill vibe in the home - not a party house at all +6 months minimum +$400 security deposit +Background check required. Results come back immediately. Cost is paid for by the applicant and taken off the first month’s rent if accepted. +Renting room to an individual +clean and new bathroom 
 What are the general rules? +Must keep common areas clean and clear +No wearing shoes on the carpet in the home +Wash dishes immediately after using them so they don’t pile up in the sink +Quiet hours after 11 pm on weeknights for the working folks that have to wake up early the next day. +No smoking indoors or outdoors. No drugs. +No pets. I have the sweetest dog, he will not bother you upstairs since my room is downstairs and you will love him! 
 How much? +$625/month (utilities not included) +Utilities are split evenly among roommates. Utilities include electricity, gas, internet, and water/sewage.

About me? I’m 29, female, and work as a data scientist in a tech company but I’m currently working from home because of the pandemic. I have lived in Austin for 4 years now, lived in Pittsburgh, PA before that. I love to have a good conversation and will also respect your personal space. My pup’s name is Chadwick and he is legit the sweetest pup in the world! I would love to explore the city more and hopefully can get back to doing that after the Pandemic. 
 Ideal roommate? +Females preferred. Orientation does not matter. What’s important is everyone gets along. +Preferred (but not required) someone who’s working from home and not interacting with a lot of people during the pandemic. +Looking for someone who is taking extra care during the pandemic, that maintains good hygiene and reasonable preventative safety measures +Respectful to other roomies and conscious of noise. +Clean and neat +Can comfortably pay rent
