6 month lease for a 10X10 room available in a townhome. $500 for the room. Shared bathroom with another roommate. Walkable neighborhood. Community pool. 2 mins off Robinhood road. Convenient to Sherwood Plaza shopping. The common area is furnished, but the bedroom is not. Each bedroom door has a separate handle lock for privacy. Utilities split 3 ways (between the roommates). Limit 1 vehicle per roommate. I want to keep the common areas presentable. No smoking. No pets, but I sometimes foster kittens.

I’m a 28 yr old male. I work full time. Looking for a professional or student. I work from home 2 half days on the weekend but stay in my room while working. I spend most of my time in my room when home. I’m into pretty much every nerdy thing you can think and am usually playing some sort of game in my room during free time.
