Hi, Rent a nice room in a beautiful townhome, in the country. Fully furnished. This will be available after Christmas, so reserve your room now!

About me… I am a widowed Mom whom has raised two daughters; they are now on their own and local. One in college & may stay here during the college breaks… she is very quiet. I work am very clean & quiet.

The room available is a beautiful East facing bedroom with a private bathroom, next to the room. The bath has a tub/shower….everything is brand new. The bedroom is furnished & I have linens & towels, etc…

We have a very quiet & nice neighborhood with walking trails, wooded surroundings, free trash removal and brand new amenities. ie., beautiful gas fireplace, carpeted 2nd floor, new appliances, nice lighting & patio for barbecuing. Also, there is a garage for storage with daytime sunlight.

Rent terms month to month, but I plan to be here awhile… I am flexible on terms.

Please be someone who is respectful, polite, trustworthy, kind and caring. I mind my own business and want you to feel at home, but recognize that this is my place. I am willing to share all my things; I just want a mindful roommate who respects my belongings and knows healthy boundaries.

I would not be comfortable with the following:

1.) A single person bringing in revolving dates or constant sleepovers, but if you date someone that is fine by me. I date too. I know people have lives.

2.) Someone who has children or grandchildren whom would be in & out. I love my place somewhat quiet.

3.) Someone who has parties and entertains all the time. Occasionally is perfectly fine.

4.) You cannot be a convicted felon, as they are not allowed to rent here. Minor mishaps are o kay, just let me know.

I am pretty cool person and I accept many types of people…. all ages, all races and and all genders.
