Prefer a young adult, college student, non smoker, with healthy active lifestyle. Must have a full time job (not a work from home job), or a college student with a part time job. We are both teachers in the local area who work full time and enjoy an active busy schedule. Our children are all young adults - two away at college, and two others who live locally. They are in and out of the house at times, but it is just the two of us living at the house. We have had a long term tenant in the past (3 yrs) and our last tenant was here for the past 8 mos.
