42 yr old small business owner. No animals. Clean and BUSY. Up for fun active roommate or quiet keep to yourself. Very active in the community especially downtown. Spend most of my time trying to get out of the gym to be outside. Possible pontoon benefits as I spend most of my spare time on the water over the summer.
