About the room
Hi I’m looking for one roommate for my extra one bedroom with an attached loft available in the Upper West Side for 1500. Very nice open floor plan with living area and kitchen. You have a huge closet and the loft that is attached above your bedroom can easily fit a queen size bed and more, just so you can imagine the size of it. This apartment building is a couple blocks down from the 1, 2, and 3 train. Plus gas, electric and all that fun stuff we would split in half. I can’t even begin to describe how many restaurants we have in the area its fantastic. We have two very popular restaurants right at our entrance called Tessa and Levain Bakery, Equinox is right across the street if your a gym lover. It’s a great location and a nice apartment and oh a couple blocks away from Central Park. Please let me know if you interested, Im looking for someone ASAP.
