Would prefer a year long lease, as you will be taking over my lease (I am moving out of town)
A very cute and spacious three bedroom townhouse/condo located in the Clairemont area. You will have the downstairs bedroom which is great because it has wood floors. You will also have your own bathroom with a shower. Bedroom is spacious. The lot has a large outdoor patio cozy and adjacent carport, which has two spots. With three people it is tri-weekly who takes the parking spots.
Unfortunately we cannot allow pets at this time!
About the roomies
The roommates are responsible and respectful women in their mid-twenties. Enjoy going out on weekends (prior to Covid) but are focused on work during the week so prefer a quiet house during the week.
