The room is light-filled with a bay window and light carpeting. It has plenty of closet space and an extra linen cupboard in the hallway. It comes with a large bureau and queen bed.

I am a pleasant and laughter-prone 62 year old lady who’s children have moved on. I work in the schools and teach painting out of my studio. I am an artist. I have a little deaf doggy named Dill Pickle who keeps me entertained and listens to all I have to say without hearing a bit of it. I respect the privacy of whoever takes the room and would expect the same towards me. I am free of drama and hope the same of a housemate. I keep things tidy and sanitary. I like my quiet time and I like good conversation.
