Furnished Private Room with private bathroom in 3rd Floor Apartment. Comfy queen bed, work-study desk, and TV. Shared Living room and kitchen area. Washer & Dryer in apartment. Balcony with hanging chair. We would share expenses for utilities. The Apartment Complex has a Pool and Work-out Room, they require a background check and you will be required to be on the lease. 1 year minimum commitment. No smoking allowed. Must like cats, have 2 friendly kitties in the apartment - very chilled and laid back. No other pets allowed- sorry. Rent will be $700 plus half utilities (approx. $100-$150 a month). I am quiet and average cleanliness. Crystal Coast, Beaufort, Atlantic Beach, and Emerald Isle are minutes away.
