House Share in Gresham (suburb of Portland)– looking for a third person to share a 3 bdr, 2 bth, house..

The house is in a quiet, tree-lined, family-oriented neighborhood, within walking distance of public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. This is a pet-free, non-smoking house and fully vaccinated tenants. Floors are wood. Cleanliness and neatness is a must. The third housemate would occupy a furnished with a bed only 10’x 12’ bedroom and share a bathroom with another person.
The large, furnished, vaulted-ceiling living room, kitchen, and outside areas are shared by all occupants. Parking on the street. Wi-fi is available (the cost is to be divided equally between the ones who use it, this is separate from utilities). There is a small closet laundry with a washer and dryer. The cleaning and upkeep of the house and yard are to be shared by the renters. After we have talked we will arrange to meet for an interview, at which time, if you wish to pursue this opportunity, I will have you complete the application . I do require references. A thorough background check will be obtained.
