Oakland Street

Hello! I am looking to sublet my current apartment. The sublet would be until the end of August. It’s a great price for all amenities included: gas, heat, water, electricity, Internet, trash removal. The room also comes furnished with a bed and desk (The bed and desk cannot be removed). The bathroom and kitchen are updated and there is a brand new washer and dryer in-unit. There are 3 other people currently living here, but since there are 2 full bathrooms, you only have to share with one other person. The other people living here are neat and keep to themselves. There are two females and one male currently living here. All are in their early to mid twenties.
