3 bedroom 2 bath single story home close to the energy corridor.

The offered room is +12’ x 10’ with additional closet spacing. I am happy to assemble furniture for the room, to be discussed later.

Shared bathroom with personal sink, adjustable shower head, and a bidet on the toilet. The other housemate is on assignment until late 2024, so effectively it’s a private bathroom.

The home is dog friendly. The neighborhood has sidewalks and is very friendly for dog walking. With your permission, owner likes to walk dogs for personal health and perform tug of war “dog workouts” in gym room as a part of his own excercise routine.

Washer and dryer included. Large backyard for dogs to relieve themselves and outdoor smoking.

Living room is furnished with couches and a big screen tv. Large refrigerator and a dining area with tables and chairs. Complimentary water is provided and included in the rent with our Primo water cooler providing both hot and cold options.

Cost is all inclusive: Rent, utilities, internet (AT&T high speed fibre) Maid services provided by cleaning crew every week. Complimentary water and food staples (rice / beans / etc.). Consumeables (toilet papers, towels, etc)

Additional requests can be accomadated.

Two professionals, 35 and 45 males, looking for an additional roommate for our tribe of 3.

Currently, one of us is on assignment and will not be living in the home for the majority of 2024.

We are both big video game players, and this is a great location for gamers as we have wired ATT fiber internet.

We are both engineering professionals, and we met through work. The home is typically quiet by 10pm, with the exception for the occassional poker game. For those who are interested in hosting board game nights, this is a great home for it.

A regular maid service is used and is included in the rent price, with additional options available for small costs. All dishes, cleaning, and general upkeep is responsibility of the homeowner. All consumables (detergent, soap, air filters, napkins, towels, etc.) are taken care of and included.

We have a home gym. Open space carpet flooring with excercise mat, dumbbells up to 40lbs, yoga mats and various workout equipment is available.

The room for rent has a walk in closet and carpet. It is currently empty. I am happy to assemble any furniture ordered before you move in or after if delivered to the home.

Large garage for storage space.

Backyard available for those with dogs. Plenty of parks and amenities nearby. 10 minutes from I-10 or Beltway.

The house is only going to have three people total living in it. There is no plans to add an additional person.

I prefer to video chat first, and should things continue forward, then meet in person to show the room. The last step is the formal application where the $50 fee is then applied.
